Pay by Check

Registering and paying your membership fee online is recommended, however you may also choose to pay by check.

To pay membership dues by check:

1. Complete and submit the registration form below. You will receive a copy of this registration form via email.
2. Then, print and mail a copy along with your check to:

*Make your check payable to Eastport Civic Association. (Please note: Paying by check includes a $3.00 fee for manual processing.)

After your check payment is received, you will receive a email confirmation with instructions for accessing your membership account on www.eastportcivic.org. Please allow 30 days for the registration process to be completed.
