Why Join the ECA?

Who Can Join
Membership in the Eastport Civic Association is open to homeowners and renters who reside within the ECA map, which covers Ward 8 and part of Ward 6. Associate membership is available to people who live outside the ECA map.

Simply click Join online or your choice of link from the sidebar and follow the instructions, including filling out the membership form and submitting your payment.

Welcome Bags for Newcomers
As new people move into the Eastport community, please let us know so we can drop off an ECA Welcome Gift Bag containing local resource listings plus valuable coupons and gift cards. The Welcome Bags are a good way to introduce new people to Eastport and the ECA. To request delivery of a gift bag, supply the newcomers’ name and property street address to ecapresident@eastportcivic.org.
